With the new Comet series, MAPEX is fully integrating its entry-level range into the MAPEX family for the first time. Manufactured in the same factory as all other MAPEX series, professional features such as SONIClear Bearing Edges and stable hardware make the Comet series unrivaled in this price range.
The Comet sets are available in three different colors: Dark Black, Indigo Blue and Infra Red. The series is also available in three different configurations, so that there is the ideal starter set for everyone to become a "drummer for life".
The new MAPEX brass cymbal set (consisting of 14" hihat and 16" crash), which is part of the complete set, impresses with its dynamic sound. Furthermore, the foot pedal and hihat stand are equipped with the MAPEX foot plates familiar from the 400 series and all stands come with large, comfortable wingnuts.
