Conditions of participation ERNIE BALL / TAKAMINE G-Win

The sweepstakes will begin on Monday, May 16, 2022 at 08:00 and will end on Friday, December 30, 2022 at 23:00. All registrations after this time will not be considered in the competition.

All persons of legal age residing in Germany, Austria and Switzerland are eligible to participate. Excluded are employees and their family members of Musik Meyer GmbH and Musik Meyer AG in Switzerland.

Multiple entries in the competition are not permitted and will result in exclusion from the competition.

All entries must be written personally by the participant. Group and mass entries as well as entries that are created online with the help of scripts, macros or other automated mechanisms or devices will also be deleted and will lead to exclusion from the competition.

Participation in the sweepstakes takes place through:

1. Calling up the QR code on the sticker displayed in the pickguard area of the "TAKAMINE G-Series" Takamine 6 string/steel string Western guitar models displayed at the promotion dealers, or calling up the identical QR code on the back of the Din A7 promotion flyer on display, which branches out to the ernieballpromotion.com promotion website.
   
   
2. Uploading a copy of the proof of purchase, of a TAKAMINE "G-Series" model purchased during the promotion period and the subsequent verification of the registration by e-mail during the promotion period specified above. Alternatively, the copy of the proof of purchase can also be sent by mail to the address of Musik Meyer GmbH during the promotion period.

The winners will be drawn by Musik Meyer GmbH after the end of the campaign from all entrants who meet the above criteria. The winners will be notified by e-mail on 30.01.2023. The winners must then get back to us by e-mail within three days. If the winner does not respond within this period, a new winner will be drawn. If the winner has responded, his or her name will be published on the website www.ernieballpromotion.de.

The prizes cannot be paid out in cash and are excluded from exchange.

Musik Meyer GmbH has the right to exchange the object of the prize for one of equal or higher value if this should become necessary due to unforeseeable events.

Musik Meyer GmbH is not liable for the prizes that cannot be delivered to the winners for reasons beyond the control of the organizer.

The competition may be altered or terminated at any time in the event of abuse or other circumstances beyond the control of Musik Meyer GmbH.
